Refund

    Why is only half my money being refunded? I paid £52 and soon as I received the email I canceled/deleted my website. The person I asked said that I would get a refund but I received an email to say only £16 is being refunded. I would like a full refund please.

    From what I can see you were refunded in full here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

    I do see that the refund was processed as two separate transactions however, so I see one for £-36.00 and one for £-16.00, but the total is £-52.00 as you mention.
