  I whant a refund for my Space Upgrade. II’ve cancel this option but I never get a refund mail. Now I see my bank send you the money (20$) but in My Upgrades this upgrade is canceld. Maybe I cancel it exactly when my bank send you the money.
  I want a refund!

  Hi there!

  I can see that the cancellation coincided with the renewal of your space upgrade, which led to the payment for it being processed. Sorry about that! I’ve gone ahead to void the charge on our end. You’ll see this reflected on your bank statement within the next few days. :)
