Refund

Hello! Today I was charged (through Paypal) for a “Custom Design” feature and “Space Upgrade”…I cancelled these services over a year ago when I contacted on of your support staff. Additionally, I have not used the website or used wordpress.com in over a year! I would like to get a refund for both of the items I was charged for. Since this was just done, I should be able to get a refund quickly.

I’m sorry this happened to you. It sounds like the auto-renew was not disabled. I tagged this thread for Staff assistance. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond. To subscribe look in the sidebar of this thread, find the subscribe to topics link and click it. Note that there is a backlog so do not expect and instant response please.

Hi Dustin,
I just cancelled and refunded those upgrades for you. It may take some time for those refunds to appear on your bank statement, but you can find the refund receipts in your Billing History.
