  Last June I was interested in creating a website using WordPress. I accidentally purchased the business package for $299. I I tried to cancel because I was no longer interested. I somehow canceled it and bought it again accidentally/unknowingly. So I paid $299.00 two times and was only refunded $299 (I just reviewed a credit card statement from last June) I just received an email earlier this week about renewing my “business” package again. I was like what?? I cancelled that and should never have been charged. As you can see I did not even use the account. After that first night of logging in, getting frustrated with the system, I gave up and cancelled and unknowingly was charged. What can I do for a refund? How do I get refunded that $299? I did not use the program, I was supposed to have been refunded. How did this happen. If I had used it I would have no problem paying for it but I didn’t use it and $300 is a lot of money to me. I ended up using GoDaddy’s website maker and have been very happy with it. I just don’t know how to be refunded for this. Thank you for your help, I really appreciate it!
