Refund!!!

Hi I need a refund because I was charged for a 10 GB upgrade that I don’t want or need. I was told the upgrade would process today, but it actually processed yesterday, so I didn’t get a chance to actually cancel the automatic upgrade. Thanks for the help!

No. Are you logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrade for it?

Yes, when I click on that link what am I supposed to see? I don’t see a cancel button, all I see is the status as active!
Could it be possible that I’ve already pushed the cancel if I don’t see it?

The many bloggers who need Staff help and who posted threads before you did will be served first. Staff deals with the threads in order of the earliest date stamps and moves forward. We Volunteers don’t know how long that will take.
