I need a refund for my premium account. The payment is still processing, so I’m not sure if it can be cancelled. I am migrating hosts and didn’t establish the new one before my card was charged.

Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. Happy to help you with this refund. Do you want to keep the domain sarahsquires.com? If so, I’ll refund you a total of $81, which is $99 minus the cost of the domain. Then, we can help you use the domain elsewhere if you want.
If we cancel the domain and issue a full refund, you will not be able to register the domain elsewhere for several months.
