refund
-
Back in February this year I registered with you a website (circuloliterariode melbourne.com). I immediately requested a cancellation and I was told the fees for the registration and hosting I’ve paid was going to be refunded; over three months later I’m still waiting. Please do the refund immediately, including the refund of any tax paid. Thanks

Hi there.
When an upgrade is cancelled through WordPress.com, we send out a confirmation email. The link in the confirmation email needs to be clicked on in order to complete the cancellation of the process, which didn’t happen in this case.
I’ll be happy to help with this, and refund the costs of circuloliterariode melbourne.com to you.
Before I go ahead, I want to first make you aware that if you choose to cancel your domain, it may be tricky (and costly) to regain ownership of it. It can take up to several weeks for our domain registrar to release the domain, and we can’t guarantee that it will be available to you again once cancelled.
If you want to keep using circuloliterariode melbourne.com but you don’t want to use WordPress.com anymore, you don’t have to cancel it. Instead, you can move the domain to another registrar. Information on how to do this can be found here:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/move-domain/
Please confirm that you want to give up full ownership of circuloliterariode melbourne.com and I’ll carry on to help with a refund.

Hi Luis.
Looking further into this, I can see that I got a little mixed up between the two versions of the domain you registered: circuloliterariodemelbourne.org and circuloliterariodemelbourne.com. Sorry about that!
The cancellation of circuloliterariodemelbourne.com did, in fact, go through correctly. I’ve gone ahead to refund you for this. Please note, it usually takes a few days for a refund to process and appear on a statement.
Did you wish to keep circuloliterariodemelbourne.org active on your site? If so, you’re all set. :)
Let me know if you have any questions around that, and sorry again if I caused any confusion in my first reply.
