Why have I not received my refund? I canceled my auto renewal immediately! I did not get a cancel email either, I would like my refund immediately. When I canceled my domain and upgrade, it said I would receive a refund, but I just checked billing on my account and there’s not trace of me canceling or receiving a refund, its been well over two weeks. I want my refund IMMEDIATELY. I’m very unhappy with the way wordpress has handled my account.

Sorry about that, some glitch caused the refund to fail.
I have re-issued the refund now, and depending on how your credit card provider handles credits, you should see it within the week.

Depending on the credit card provider. We’ve begun to see a few reflect it in a day or two, which is amazing, and rare. I wish more banks reflected credits that quickly.

I still have not received a refund either..I made the request two weeks ago after being automatically charged $100 after my “free” trial of WP Premium. I also sent a request for a refund of the premium theme I purchased. I made these requests all within the 30 days and was told I would be receiving the refund. Can you please look into this?

Thank you very much, I see that the Premium membership for $99 was refunded. Do you have the ability to refund the Premium theme as well? I had tried to request a refund for this weeks ago and I am not sure why my attempts didn’t show on the account.
