  Hello, I bought a theme 2 August 2015 for my site triptyquesphotos.wordpress.com and performed the same day cancellations. But we are August 20 and I have always received a refund of my theme (€ 69) and the name of my domain (triptyquesphotos.wordpress.com) at a price of € 30 totaling € 99 which were debited my bank account on August 4.

  When will I be reimbursed?

  It looks like a refund has been processed for this transaction. I will assume that the issue is resolved unless I hear otherwise from you.

  Thank you for your quick response. Every day I look at my bank account and did not see my refund. How do you see that repayment was done ?

  Hi Sandrine,

  Your refund was issued on August 2, 2014, when you cancelled your purchase. You can find the refund receipt in your Billing History.

  That refund is processed by PayPal (our payment processor) and the refund will go back to the same payment source you used to make the purchase. If you haven’t received that refund yet, you can find the PayPal reference ID near the top of your refund receipt (listed next to PayPal Ref:) and contact PayPal to check the status of that refund.
