I’ve requested a refund for this site, however instead of giving me the full refund, you have stopped $34 for the domain renewal.
This domain was registered in Sept 2014, so the renewal date has not yet been reached, so there is no reason to stop this part of the payment.
I’m surprised that you have renewed this all a month early and am quite upset that you have done so.
Can you please ensure that the $34 is also returned. Thank you.

Hi @lisamcch, when you have auto-renew enabled, as you did, we process the renewal one month in advance. That allows us and our users time to resolve any issues if they payment does not go through.
This is particularly helpful with domain registrations, because if a domain is left expired for too long it can be difficult, costly, and sometimes impossible to get it back.
Were you planning to cancel the domain?
