  I got lovethesoul.com domain. I wanted to go for premium plan, but purchased just domain. I cancelled the domain registration within 48 Hours. It is mentioned that if I cancel within 48 Hours, I will get my Money back. But I don’t see any money back to account. Can someone please look into the matter?

  Hi there,

  I’m sorry for the delay with that refund. I just issued a full refund for the domain you cancelled. It may take some time for that refund to appear on your bank statement, but you can find the refund receipt now in your Billing History.
