Refund

    I was billed after cancelling my subsciption last year. It was refunded, and I asked the person I spoke with to cancel my subscription. They said they did. I was just billed again, and now I can’t talk to anyone on the phone. Will you please refund my $96 and cancel my subscription for good? I haven’t used your services for a few years now.

    The account you used to post here doesn’t own any upgrades on WordPress.com, and the last time we billed you for anything was in September 2018. That charge was refunded and the upgrade cancelled at the time. You can see the receipts here:

    Did you speak to someone on the phone? If so, you didn’t speak with us, as we’ve never offered phone support on WordPress.com. If you’ve been charged for a WordPress site at another hosting provider, you’ll need to contact that company directly for help with this.

    If you’re sure the charge is for WordPress.com but you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ – enter the transaction details on that form, and it will tell you if that charge exists on our end and what site it’s for.

    You can also use the Contact Support link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
