I’ve upgraded my account twice, and when I cancelled I only got the refund for the 2nd upgrade (minus the £22 from the domain). What about the 1st £85?!

Hi, I have the exact same problem.
I signed up for a $99 annual plan, then I upgraded to $199. I canceled the plans with in a week, I only got the second plan refunded, which is $181 after the charge of $18 domain fees.
What about the $99 I paid at first, I would like to receive a full refund of that as well.
