  I have tried a few times to cancel my upgrade theme for a refund. After bringing me to the page where it ask why and I press cancel nothing happens.

  Hi. I’m sorry the theme you chose didn’t work out. Here is some information for you: If a Premium theme doesn’t work out we offer a full refund up to 30 days from your purchase. To cancel your purchase and obtain a refund, please use the Cancel button on the My Upgrades page. You can always switch to any other Premium theme or one of our other fantastic free themes. And don’t worry, we’re adding more and more free themes all the time. :)

  Hi there,

  Just to confirm, are you trying to cancel the Curator theme you purchased? I can cancel and refund that for you, if that’s the right one.
