I ran a search on the transaction ID and it is not found in the system, but I can provide my PayPal confirmation showing the transaction ID, what the charges were for, that it came from wordpress and what account its associated with. When I purchased the business plan and domain transfer I did get an error message that the system was down or undergoing maintenance and to refresh my screen jn a few minutes. Maybe that has something to do with your system not showing the transaction but it was completes through my bank I dont know

Are you able to log into that account? Or, can you send a link to the domain you tried to transfer? We just don’t see any purchases at all on this account, and we need more information to find the right one so we can get more info.
