  Hi. I cancelled all subscriptions etc, and was told I’d receive a full refund for the business package plus the £15 for the domain name. But I have only received the refund for the business package therefore I have been refunded £15 less than I thought? Please can someone help

  Hi! It looks like the system got a bit confused, because you’d bought a package and then upgraded that.

  I was able to refund the rest, as it was cancelled in plenty of time. Let us know if you need more help from us.

  Hello, thanks for your reply, I have still not been refunded the £15 from WordPress, very frustrating as I cannot contact them direct without paying lol :/

  All your subscriptions have been canceled and refunded; you can see it here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing.

  Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, but some banks may require more time to process the refund.

  In some cases, you will not see a separate refund listed on your statement, but the original charge will be removed instead.
