REFUND

What is the time frame for refunding a basic personal account? Today is day 15 since the charge. I don’t think I have a ‘google workspace’ account (14 days) and definitely do not have a ‘professional’ account (7 days). I can not find the timeframe for a basic personal account. When I cancelled I only got a message about only not renewing NEXT YEAR.
I have not used my account, account activity can prove this.
If this refund can be arranged, I am more likely to return to WordPress once I finish the PhD and land the functional paying job. I switched from TA to FA/adjunct with a 2/3 drop in pay and of course cost of living for my family went WAY up this year. Despite the value of managing an academic blog for my job prospects, this charge is simply one I can not justify this year, especially given how I was not able to get a blog goin this PAST year.
Please, please, please tell me it is possible to get a refund, even a prorated refund will help enormously.

That said since you’ve already canceled your plan, I have issued a full refund. Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, but some banks may require more time to process the refund.
Keep working on your site; you can always upgrade it later on! :)
