I can’t seem to cancel the theme (Swell) I bought. In the My Upgrade screen there is no option to request a refund. Could somebody help me with that? Thanks!

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. Oh wow, stupid mistake: I was logged in to the wrong account.
Now I do see the ‘cancel and refund’ button, but when I click on it I get a mostly blank pop-up. It only shows the ‘cancel and refund’ titel. Any help on that?

Trying to cancel the domain purchased but getting this message “You cannot cancel this domain because of invalid permissions or wrong timespan. Please contact support”
