This platform is impossible to use. I cannot get support to save my life. I want a refund and cannot find a human to assist me. I have been on this circular link b.s. for 2 days and I am fed up. I want my domain name refunded. Had I know that wordpress would be such a giant pain in the rear with no support I would never have given them my money.

Are you sure you are logged in under the correct username account when requesting a refund?
If it includes a domain, do you want to use the URL on another site hosted elsewhere?
If you let the domain name go there is no guarantee you register it again.
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. Hello, I received an unauthorised charge from WordPress, in which I haven’t used the blog site for over 2 years now and suddenly I received a charge from you, I tried to login and cancel / refund my account but it wouldn’t let me, I would like my account refunded immediately of $145.28, how do i go about this? That is a lot of money taken for something i don’t use! Im so frustrated, now I cannot even login and cancel the account, keeps giving me an error? please help? username – kbramwell

That charge came as part of a autorenewal that had been set up when you purchased the upgrades. My apologies for any confusion.
Prior to charging your card, several notifications are sent. However, we do automatically renew upgrades 30 days before their expiration date. This way, we can get in touch with you if there is a problem with your payment, and there are no unexpected changes or interruptions to your site.
I see that the charge was voided and the subscription cancelled, so you will no longer see these charges in the future.
