I purchased domain mapping through wordpress.com and actually didnt need this. I’m trying to refund through ‘Upgrades > Domains’ but it says I have not purchased any upgrades. If staff could please help, I can supply my receipt ID and PayPal Order No. to verified.
Really annoyed I have to post this in the forums and there isn’t anywhere on the internet pointing to a support email or phone number.

The WordPress.com user account that you are posting from does not have any upgrades associated with it. Nor does the listed http://simplydifferentblog.wordpress.com/.
Could the upgrade have been for a different WordPress.com blog? If so, what is the URL?
