  On 19th of December I paid £85 for a premium account, realised i needed a Business Account and paid a further £165. Today, I cancelled my package for a full refund and have only been refunded £165. How can I get the £85 refunded?

  Correction, I paid a further £167, not £165!!

  I see that you had the £85 refunded about at around the same time as the other purchase, so I can see why you are wondering about both refunds. But, it usually takes 7-10 business days for any charge to be refunded, so I will give it a few more days and check your bank statement.
