Hi,
I bought two websites and noticed that I messed up on the name. I then requested a refund and have yet to be reimbursed. I was wondering how long this process takes because it said 48 hrs its been over a week. Thanks.

Hi there. Here is the information about refunds from the support docs: “You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about a week to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it may take 5-7 business days to appear on your online bank account or in 1-2 billing statements.”

What are the domains in question? The WordPress.com site you are posting from does not have any upgrades associated with it. Could you have a second account?

I don’t know what is happening. I haven’t received the email. Is there a way I can look up my past domains? I can even provide proof where it was taken out of my account twice. I don’t know what else to do. The email address for that domain should have been (email visible only to moderators and staff). The only other email address that could’ve been associated with it is (email visible only to moderators and staff). Please help.
