Hello WordPress Support!
I haven’t been using wordpress the past few months and I actually forgot about it. I know that I payed about 8 usd for a year with a domain account. I had no idea that I signed up to a subscription and to be honest I don’t have any money. You see, I’m a student that have enough money for food, but not this. I want a refund of my money, because I haven’t been using wordpress latley at all and I don’t have the money for this. I know there is a 48 hour refund, but I beg for my money back!

You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel an upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew.
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. Just to clarify, if you want to cancel your domain linneablue.com it can take up to several weeks for our domain registrar to release the domain, and it may not choose to do so. We can’t guarantee that your domain will ever be available to you again once canceled. If you have any intention of using linneablue.com again in the future, I suggest that you do not choose to cancel.
Please confirm that you understand and want to cancel your domain and process the refund. Once you have done so, I will cancel it and remove the upgrade from your account.
