Refund

    I’ve cancelled my domain. It said that I had until Jan. 8, 2016 to renew. Now, it says the site is available until Jan. 7, 2017. Does that mean my credit card has been charged? I did not authorize it. I do not want to pay for a year of service that is of no use to me.

    @glendas3599, we can take care of it. Just know if we cancel your domain, you may not be able to get it back again anytime soon (if at all), even for use at another service. Please confirm whether that’s your intent and we’ll cancel it. Thanks!
