  Create a replica of my current website due to loving it but having harassment issue with the current host. I don’t seem to be able to get around your site well so could I please get a refund. Thank you

  I can see you’ve already canceled the upgrades and a refund was issued to you. It may take a while for the refunded money to appear on your account.
