Refund

Hi there, I purchased an upgrade a few days ago, the premium one, and then decided to see what additional benefits the Business upgrade could offer, so i did that too. After realising that neither upgrades were suitable for me, i decided to cancel them. however i have only been refunded the £167 upgrade charge from premium to Business, and have not received a refund for the original sum of £85. Could you please authorise a refund as soon as possible please?

Go to your Manage Purchases page, look for the upgrade you wish to cancel, and click “Cancel and Refund”. More info is available on the support page:
