  Hello,

  I purchased the $300 pro package on WordPress.com after trying to figure out why we could not edit the website like we hoped we found out that we needed to be on wordpress.org, by the time we realized this it was 2 days past the 30 days of purchase, is there anyway to get a refund we did not use the service and spent close to a month trying to figure out why the site was not working the way we wanted it to. I have already cancelled the renewal. however it would be great if we could get a refund since it is not usable to us any longer. Thank you for your time
