  I previously requested to cancel the Domain mapping I registered. It was completed – as you can see I don’t have this domain (www.yogifootprints.com) in my profile, but I was not given the refund. Please process this refund.

  Domains purchased through WordPressdotcom can be refunded within 48 hours of purchase. Mapping, however, has a 30-day refund window.

  If this is within the 30-day refund period, you can initiate the refund for mapping by following the instructions here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/

  Thanks for the advice, I tried this but the domain mapping isn’t in the manage section as I canceled it before – a few weeks ago, yet I never got the refund confirmation.

  I have processed that refund for you. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.
