Refund

Hi, on the 29th of Jan I upgraded to your premium service and then a few minutes later I decided to upgrade to business instead. Unfortunately after I looked at the service in more depth I realised it wasn’t what I wanted. I then requested a refund but I have only received £167 (the difference between premium and business) and not the full £250. Can I have the remaining £85 please?

I have processed that refund for you. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.
