  how do I get a refund?

  We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

  If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

  The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

  WordPress XXXXXXXXXX

  If this is for the site picturesbykevinmurphy.com that is connected to your WordPress.com user account through the Jetpack plugin, your site is hosted with Bluehost and you would need to contact them regarding any charges for your website.
