  Hi please initiate my refund for both upgrade and domain registration which amounts to be 3660₹ as it’s around 15 days since I have successfully canceled my subscriptions and still haven’t received my funds plz help ASAP.

  I can confirm that your upgrades auto-renewed on 12-29-2021 and that you cancelled this renewal approximately 15 minutes later.

  To explain, In the case of a reversal that is within minutes of the transaction, you won’t see a refund credit on their statement. Instead you will see the original authorization drop off your statement entirely after a few days. Essentially they will reverse the charge, rather than show a line-item refund.

  Or to look at it another way, you cancelled the renewal before your bank had sent the money to us, so there was not actually anything for us to “refund” on our end, they simply reverse the change and keep the money on their end.

  Your bank should be able to confirm this for you, so please check with them to make sure that they reversed this charge, thanks.
