  I cancelled my premium account and my google apps never never received my money back.. I did the cancellation email and received the emails in return but never received the fund in my account.

  Hi there,

  When did you started out the refund process? That may take up to 2 weeks to show up in your bank account.

  Hello!

  A refund was sent out to you on the 31st January. Please bear in mind that it can take up to 10 business days for a refund to process and appear on a statement. If you don’t see the charge on your statement within that time frame then I encourage you to contact your bank directly. Let us know what you hear back or if we can be of any help.

  Hi !

  I have exactly the same problem, I requested my refund the 31st of January. I have the cancellation receipt. Still no refund.
  Can you please confirm that my refund was sent aswell?
