  Hello, i suppose to have a refund and its been 2 or 3 weeks ago i haven’t get anything. please answer asp.

  Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

  That refund was processed on 2/5/16. While it typically takes up to 14 days for a refund to appear in your account, in rare occasions it can take longer.

  I would encourage you to contact your banking institution as the refund has been processed on our end and it should be in their hands at this point.
