  I purchased the premium plan a few days ago but I would like a refund. When I tried to confirm it said there was a problem and I need to contact support. How do I get my refund?

  I see that we refunded the purchase to you yesterday. it should take 7-10 business days before you see the refund reflected on your bank statement.
