    Still have not got my refund from premium purchase it has been well over 10 days

    WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.

    Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

    If you purchased a domain URL through waordpress.com and kept it to use it on another site then, of course, there will be no refund for that portion of the upgrade.

    Perhaps it will take a couple more days until you receive it. You can then type modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for a Staff follow-up.     Refund according to word press billing page was sent on Jan 30 i cancelled my premium purchase the day after i purchased it it has been well over 2 weeks refund has not posted to my account

    I checked internally and the refund was processed through PayPal on Jan 31, 2016 for $99.00. Once it has been issued through PayPal, we don’t have any way of tracing it, so I would recommend contacting your bank to confirm that the refund isn’t reflected on your statement yet.

    The payment never went to my account if it was sent through PayPal please send me tracking code or have PayPal do a deposit verification my refund has not been generated to my account as a charge back or a credit

    And every transaction I have ever sent through PayPal has had a tracking code with the payment just FYI but this payment was processed from my Mastercard and if you sent it via PayPal as a refund you need to verify PayPal credited to the right account that’s why they have an 800 number

    We have refunded the charge and can confirm that it was sent from our payment processor, PayPal, to your account. We don’t have visibility into what happened from there. If you’re certain that it did not get back to your account, you can contact PayPal and provide card information on the charge, and they can confirm whether or not it was refunded.
