Refund

    I did not automatically receive any confirmation that my refund was processed, though i do have the option to send myself a receipt of the refund. I would like some confirmation that my refund is indeed in the works. I tried clicking on the confirmation button when it was sent to me via email, but it said there was an error and asked me to contact customer support.

    This is the only option that was made available so i hope someone who actually works for wordpress sees this.

    Hello,

    I do not work for WordPress. I am a volunteer. But maybe I can help.

    You should see a message at the top of your ‘My Upgrades’ page if your cancellation was successful. It will say:

    Upgrade cancelled and refunded. The refund may take up to 7 days to appear in your Paypal/bank/credit card account.

    To see your ‘My Upgrades’ page go to –> WP Admin –> Store –> Manage Purchases

    Thank you. I actually just noticed that the refund has hit my account. Very quick, so I am happy about that.
