  Hi there,

  WordPress just isn’t as user friendly and useful to me as I had hoped and I have dropped my account. May I receive a refund of $13 for my domain hosting fee?

  Please post the relevant details below.

  What is the URL of the domain?
  What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
  Which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com URL and purchased the upgrade?
  When was the upgrade purchase made?
  When was the refund requested?

  WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.

  Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

  You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

  Hello, I would also like to cancel Domain Mapping for my site almalibrecafe.com and get the refund of 13 euros.
  This payment has been made automatically without my manual consent because WordPress has auto-renew as default, which greatly disappointed me. I do not wish to keep this site active anymore so I have already made it private. It expires in March 17th 2017. Please notify me if I need to take any more steps to finalize this, thank you
