  Hi there,
  So I thought I wanted Domain Mapping because I wanted to link my wordpress site to my website. I like the website I am using I just wanted to tie in my blog posts to my website. In my ignorance I bought the $13.00 domain mapping not realizing I did not need to do so. So, may I please have a refund? Thanks so much for your understanding?

  Hi bozemanbabycompany,

  If you’re still within the refund period for domain mapping which is 30 days, you can cancel it by going to Manage Purchases then find the domain mapping upgrade and select Cancel and Refund. Follow the steps on the page to cancel and confirm your cancellation.

  Note that if you used a credit card to purchase the upgrade, refund normally takes 5-7 business days.

  Lastly, if you’re still not clear on the refund process, you can read more details on this support page: https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/ . Alternatively, you can also tag this post with modlook to get some help from a staff.
