  im trying to refund but i keep getting ‘unable to cancel refund because of missing subscription ‘ ??

  Hi there,

  Is it the Portfolio Premium Theme that you are trying to cancel and get a refund for?

  If so, I can do that for you. Just confirm that is the upgrade you want canceled and I’ll take care of it on my end.

  Not a problem! I have canceled your subscription for the portfolio theme and refunded the charges back to you. It can take between 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
