  Hello,

  I recently cancelled and refunded my premium account. Prior to selecting to cancel and refund my account, it was indicated that my refund would be $129. Upon receiving my cancel and refunded receipt via email, it was indicated to me that my refund would be only $105. I do not appreciate this misrepresentation and require that $129 be completely refunded.

  Hello there,
  If you purchased a domain name through wordpress.COM and then retained that domain URL for use on another site, this may explain the difference.

  I checked your account, and we processed a full $129 refund for you. I’m not sure why you got an e-mail indicating that you’ll only receive $105 back. Apologize for the confusion.

  It should take 7-10 day for the refund to reflect on your bank statement. Please let me know if you indeed only receive $105 of the refund.
