How do I receive my refund please?

Exactly which refund are you referring to please?
Which upgrade did you purchase?
When did you purchase it?
Which blog did you purchase it for?
Are you logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered each site and purchased the premium theme for the site?
What’s key are (1) the URL of the site the theme was purchased for, and (2) exactly which username account purchased that theme for that site.
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

Hi there,
I checked your account and saw that the refund for $79.00 was refunded to you on 2/29. It normally takes between 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement, so you could’ve received the refund within the last few days.
I would check with you bank to be sure you did not receive the refund. If you have not, I’d be happy to report this internally and see what we can find regarding the refund.
