Hi there,
My credit card was billed yesterday but my company had to be closed down in October last year as we were not able to operate during covid lockdown and the business wasn’t viable going forward. Can you please confirm if I can be fully refunded for the years subscription?

Hi Jordan,
I can confirm we processed two refunds today for a total of NZ$145.00. You should also have received emails with receipts for those refunds, indicating the transaction ID from our payments processor.
You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
I see you’ve since also closed your account, but you can reply to any of the emails we sent you today (excluding the emails for these forum thread notifications), should you need more help, e.g. if the refunds don’t appear in your account and you need a ARN number for your bank to trace it on their side.
