In order to request a refund, you will first need to verify that you are logged into the correct account. This means, you need to be logged into the account that originally purchased the upgrade you are trying to refund. Once logged in correctly, you will request your refund here: http://wordpress.com/purchases/
It will take 7+ days for your refund to be posted back into your account. You can read more about refunds at WordPress.com here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/
