    I cancelled my WordPress.com Premium account and I still didn’t receive my refund.

    WordPress.com upgrades have a 30 day window for cancellation with a refund. You purchased WordPress.com Premium on 2016-01-30 and canceled it almost 2 1/2 months later on 2016-04-11. Because you were well past the 30 day window, you will not receive a refund.
