  I was charged for $ 99 but did not do any upgrade. I’ve not used my wordpress for at least 3 years and was charged on my credit card. I never signed up my credit card on WordPress and when I go to the Store, there is no purchase made. Please, I need to know how to request a refund. I’m in Brazil. Is there a local support for cases like that?

  Hi, the blog is gisaferreira.wordpress.com, but I’m not using this blog for a long time. It’s not active. And I don’t know how they got access to my credit card because I never signed up on wordpress.

  Yes, I replied to them and even sent a proof of the charge. But then I had no more answers and I’ve already paid my credit card. Now I need a refund.

  The staff sent you an email two weeks ago – did you answer them? See the link I left you above –

  no amount of duplicate posts in the forum will help unless you reply to the staff when they try and help you

  Yes, a staff person named James sent me an email and I replied:

  Hi James,

  Thank you for the answer.
  The date of the charge is Feb/20 and the billing name on the card is GISA S FERREIRA, as you can see in the attached file.
  Hope you can help me solve this problem because I’m not even using WordPress for the last 3 years, I think.
