  Hi, I would like to know if you can explain me how to proceed?
  I no longer want the personal plan that I purchaised some days ago, and I would like my money back. Can you help me with that?

  Hi There,

  You can go ahead with the refund for your purchases within the refund timeframes.
  Go to My Site(s) → Upgrades → Purchases. Click on any purchase to manage it, and the cancellation option will always be the last button available. And, If the purchase is no longer eligible for a refund, it will say Remove instead of Cancel.

  After processing, refunds usually take about seven to ten business days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you. All refunds will go back to the same method you paid with. If your card has been canceled or accounts closed, please speak with your bank about how to access the refund.
