    I have recently signed up with your service but was disappointed and cancelled my plan.

    Could you please advise whether or not I would be entitled to a refund?

    Hi there,

    It looks like you just missed the refund period, but I’ve gone ahead and processed that manually for you. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
