I am expecting a refund in the amount of $99.00 from the purchase of my premium services. You guys cancelled my services because it was adult content, even though you guys offer mature content. So I need the $99.00 refunded. I can’t contact you guys online because you guys deleted my premium account.

It looks like a refund has been processed for this transaction. I will assume that the issue is resolved unless I hear otherwise from you.

I have seen the $13 dollar refund but have received no email as to the $99 dollar refund.

Both refunds were processed yesterday. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.
