I purchased the premium upgrade on the 22nd of May and canceled it on the 23rd, within 24 hours. I am only getting back a portion, yet I read that I had 48 hours before the domain charge would be taken out of the premium cost. Why am I only getting a portion when I was within the time frame to receive my full refund ? Thanks
