Refund

Hello, I ordered and cancelled a subscription within a bout 10 minutes and it looks like I’ve not been issued a full refund. I paid £85 and the refund is for £63. I thought this might be something to do with the domain name so I cancelled that too abut it never said anything about refunding the additional £22. Any ideas? Thanks in advance and apologies If it is something obvious I’m missing.
